The AI Agency Starter Kit

The starting point for building a profitable AI agency: the core system, the jobs AI takes off your plate, and the simple stack to run it.

From Roy Dano. My agency was the marketing partner for Atlantic Records, Warner and Google Pixel.

Part one

The AI Appointment Setter Blueprint

The first system most agencies build is an AI appointment setter: an always-on system that answers inbound enquiries and books qualified calls straight into the calendar, without you sitting on the phone.

The standard build connects four pieces:

Exact tools to be confirmed: Roy will name the specific voice/SMS AI, calendar, CRM and automation tools that match his real build, so the kit reflects the stack he actually uses rather than generic suggestions.

Part two

The five jobs AI takes off an agency

You do not need to automate everything at once. These are the five jobs where AI gives an agency the most leverage, in the order most people tackle them.

Part three

The simple starter stack

Keep it lean to begin with. A workable AI agency stack only needs four layers, and you can add to it as you grow.

  1. A conversation layer to talk to leads (voice or SMS AI, or a chat assistant)
  2. A scheduling layer (a calendar that the system can book into)
  3. A record layer (a CRM or simple database to hold every lead and client)
  4. An automation layer to connect the three and trigger follow-ups

Start with one system, get it working end to end, then layer on the next. That is exactly how the founding cohort is taught.

Ready to build the whole agency?

The founding cohort teaches six real AI systems live, week by week, plus the agency side: finding clients, pricing and delivery.

Founding price £997, normally £1,997. Limited founding spots.
